Punishment of the crime

[Criminal history] On September 24, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act at the Chuncheon District Court on September 27, 2016, and completed the execution of the sentence.

[Criminal facts] The Defendant is not a narcotics handler

1. On February 26, 2017, the Defendant: (a) received cash KRW 300,000 from E at the front of the D restaurant located in Kangcheon-si, Gangwon-si at the request of E to seek a Mesptoptop (one name “Handphone”; (b) received cash 300,000 won from H on the G street located in the Gangwon-si, Gangwon-si, Gangwon-do; and (c) received 300,000 won from H from the G street located in the G street located in the Gangwon-si, Gangwon-si, Gangwon-do, and received approximately KRW 0.8g of a one-time injection from the above H.

On the 27th day of the same month, at around 02:19, Jambur 601 located in Gangwon-si, Gangwon-do, and arranged the above E to sell and purchase a disposable injection device containing the above philopon.

2. On February 27, 2017, at around 00:30, the Defendant administered a part of philopon ( approximately 0.08gg), which received as described in subparagraphs 1 through 1, 2017, in a can, in a way that wraps or coffees are delivered once.

3. On March 25, 2017, the Defendant: (a) on March 25, 2017, around 23:00, at G street in Gangwon-si, sold KRW 400,000 to H; (b) one disposable injection device containing approximately 0.25g of philophones; (c) one vinyl paper containing approximately 0.96g of philophones; and (d) one vinyl paper containing approximately 0.48g of philophones.
