A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defluence;

A. At around 04:00 on August 8, 2017, the Defendant, while playing Internet games in the Busan Shipping Daegu E and 2nd floor of Busan, Busan, the Defendant continued to take a bath for the reason that the game was not well good, and committed an act on the kid on the kid, and the victim G, an employee of the above PC room, prevented the Defendant, who was the employee of the above PC, to stop this, “I am going against the said PC. I am off the game, and Ra, I am off the game to the effect that I am h, and h, I am off the victim under the condition of an unspecified number of customers.”

B. On August 8, 2017, the Defendant: (a) 06:30 on August 8, 2017, insulting the victim C and the victim D, in the same place as the preceding paragraph; and (b) boomed the disturbance; and (c) sent to the site after receiving 112 reports, she publicly insulting the said victims under the circumstances where the victim C and the police box affiliated with the shipping police box of the Korea Coast Guard Police Station, who was called to the site upon receiving 112 reports, expressed the victim C and the victim D that “I am out of this dog, Ra, son, and son were brought up, and the victim D was able to do so.”

2. The Defendant interfered with the business of the Defendant: (a) continued to set up the keyboards on the books at the same time and place as Paragraph (1) 1-A; and (b) obstructed the Defendant’s business, such as having customers play the PC room in the game, for about 30 minutes, such as having customers play the PC room in the game.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the business of the victim G by force.

3. The Defendant interfered with the performance of official duties: (a) received the report at the same date and time as Paragraph (b) of Article 1-2 at the same place, and requested the Defendant to leave the scene when the police officer affiliated with the shipping patrol box of the Korea Coast Guard Police Station, who called to the scene, ask the Defendant to present his identification card; and (b) assault his arms, and (c) assault the Defendant, on the ground that the police officer affiliated with the shipping patrol box of the Korea Coast Guard, who called to the scene, brought the Defendant out of the scene.
