A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[208] On July 21, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Cheongju District Court on July 21, 2016 and completed the execution of the sentence in the Cheongju Prison on March 15, 2017.
1. On July 2018, the Defendant: (a) opened a steering door for a cafeteriaed vehicle in the parking lot of a cafeteriaed building in Cheongju-gu, Cheongju-si; and (b) took a 125,000 won in cash owned by the victim at the back seat of the vehicle, which was located in the lower seat of the vehicle.
2. On August 4, 2018, around August 21, 2018, the Defendant: (a) opened a front door of H-si H-si Fel parked by the victim G in front of the Cheongju-si, Cheongju-si; and (b) stolen KRW 150,000,000 owned by the victim in cash in the light of the relevant vehicle’s sunlight.
3. On August 18, 2018, at around 02:00 on August 18, 2018, the Defendant: (a) opened a car driver’s seat in the Cheongsa-si in front of Cheongsa-si, Cheongju-si, Jina-si, and brought about KRW 800,000 in cash owned by the victim on the wall that was parked by Cheongsa-gu, Cheongsa-si.
[2019 order 230] The Defendant was sentenced to 10 months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Cheongju District Court on February 8, 2001, and was sentenced to 1 year and 6 months of imprisonment with prison labor for the violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, etc. at the Cheongju District Court on May 1, 2007. On June 3, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to 10 months of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny in the Incheon District Court Branch Branch of the Incheon District Court on June 3, 2009.
