1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff church is a religious organization created by E in around 1962, and as a son, the Plaintiff church believed “E” to be a “permanent mother,” observe the Saturdays as an awareness day, and observe the season, such as wintering, etc.

2. Claim:
A. From March 25, 2013 to November 19, 2013, the Defendant, who filed a claim for damages due to the infringement of the Plaintiffs’ personality rights, had access to F Kafs and G Kafs, and posted insulting and personal personal information as indicated in the attached Table “Defendant’s tort (violation of Personal Rights)” (29 times against Plaintiff church, 7 times against Plaintiff B, and 6 times against Plaintiff C), thereby infringing the Plaintiffs’ personality rights.
The consolation money for mental damage suffered by the plaintiffs shall be calculated as 1,00,000 won per tort (the infringement of human rights), and the defendant shall be obligated to pay the plaintiff church 29,000,000 won, 7,000,000 won to the plaintiff church B, and 6,00,000 won and damages for delay to the plaintiff C.
B. From March 29, 2014 to August 16, 2014, the Defendant filed a claim for damages due to defamation against the Plaintiff church’s false defamation, as indicated in the “the Defendant’s list of tort (damage)” in attached Form 10 times throughout the country, such as ① “the Plaintiff church received a settlement of property by leaving the Plaintiff church within 10 days,” ② The Plaintiff church promoted divorce by saying that “the Plaintiff church received a settlement of property by leaving the Plaintiff church within 10 days,” ② the Plaintiff church caused a settlement of family by having the Plaintiff church receive a settlement of money, and ③ the Plaintiff church caused a divorce by leaving the husband who prevents the Plaintiff church from leaving the Plaintiff church.
