1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Details of the disposition;
A. The Plaintiff is a public educational official who was appointed as a college of education, college of education, college of education and assistant professor on August 16, 1996 and promoted to professors on October 1, 2005, and served as the head of the Science Education Institute for B University from September 1, 2008 to December 23, 2011, and served as the principal of the Science Education Institute for B University and served as the principal of the Science Education Institute for B University.
B. From February 26, 2010 to February 23, 2011, the Plaintiff: (a) by deceiving the Victim’s Korea Science Foundation; (b) obtained a total of KRW 11.9 million from the development funds provided by the said Foundation as an annual report preparation allowance; (c) by deceiving the Victim’s B University on February 17, 2011; (d) obtained a total of KRW 3.4 million from the victim’s parents in the first grade teaching materials development expenses for the first grade teaching and learning materials for the first grade of the early 2010 and middle 2010; (e) obtained money from the victim’s parents in the form of visiting expenses; and (e) embezzled money from the victim’s parents in the form of using the said money for visiting events; and (e) acquitted the Plaintiff’s ancillary embezzlement of the said money for the purpose of the Victim B University; and (e) sentenced the Plaintiff to the suspended execution of the said money for the purpose of embezzlement [the Plaintiff’s ancillary embezzlement and ancillary embezzlement]: (i.e., Busan District Court’s 201347.7.
3) The Plaintiff and the Prosecutor appealed from the above judgment (the Busan District Court Decision 2014No1943, the Prosecutor, as the ancillary charge of the instant crime, and the travel company operated by the Plaintiff, received a bribe of KRW 13 million in total on 11 occasions from October 21, 2008 to September 23, 201, as shown in attached Table 1, in the name of honorarium C, in which the Plaintiff was in charge of holding a visit event at the Science Academy Education Center at B University.
