1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 73,415,00 and interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from September 27, 2011 to the day of complete payment.

1. Facts of recognition;

The Defendant subscribed to each successful bid set forth in the [Attachment 1] Nos. 1 through 5 operated by the Plaintiff, and received a successful bid as set out in the [Attachment 2] set forth below, and accordingly, the Defendant paid the same amount as the monthly payment in the [Attachment 1] column by the date indicated below [Attachment 1] by the date indicated below.

B. In addition, the Defendant subscribed to each successful bid set forth in the [Attachment 3] Nos. 6 through 9 operated by the Plaintiff, and received a successful bid as set out in the [Attachment 4] set forth below (However, instead of actually receiving a certain amount, the Defendant decided to substitute the payment to be made by the Defendant for each successful bid set forth in the [Attachment 1] set forth in the previous [Attachment 1] [Attachment 3] [Attachment 3]] until the date indicated in the [Attachment 3]’s “ended date” [Attachment 3]], the Defendant paid the same amount as the monthly payment in advance.
