A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. 2012 Highest 1999;
A. A. (1) On April 30, 2012, the Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act (hereinafter referred to as the “Resident Registration Act”) and subsequently unlawfully used another person’s resident registration number by entering the name and resident registration number of the victim in the member registry book of the U.S. F., Inc. B.
