1. The Defendant shall remove the 46.08 square meters of the repair shop of C and D 1st floor at the time of permanent residence to the Plaintiff.

2. The costs of the lawsuit are assessed against the defendant.

1. The Plaintiff is the owner of C/D land at permanent residence, and the Defendant is the co-owner of the repair shop as indicated in paragraph (1) of the order located on the above land. The Plaintiff seeks to remove the above repair shop against the Defendant, who is the owner of the above repair shop occupying the above land without permission, as the landowner.
