1. Of the instant lawsuit, the part claiming the cancellation of the registration of co-owner’s transfer of shares in H, I, and K, of Plaintiffs A, and C, and the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. In order to create an O village which is a common residential complex on the instant land, Defendant E is a person who recruited residents who wish to return to operate Q (O village from 2012 to hereinafter “O village”) under the name of “ Q (O village) located in Pyeongtaek-gun P of Gangwon-do.” Defendant F is Defendant E’s ASEAN, Defendant G is Defendant E’s Dong, and Defendant E’s Dong. The Plaintiffs are the parties who entered into a contract for land sale and building construction contract with Defendant E to move into a rural village, and Defendant H, I, and J are co-owners of the land (hereinafter “instant land”).

Defendant K shares 1/2 each of the instant land with Defendant H on July 5, 2012, Defendant K transferred the remainder of the instant land to Defendant I on October 30, 2013, and to J on October 30, 2013.

B. On September 26, 2012, the Plaintiff and Defendant E entered into a contract for the sale of the instant land and construction works between the Plaintiff and the Defendant E (A) on behalf of Nonparty R (the ownership transfer registration of the instant land was made in the name of Defendant H, I, K, and J) who is the actual owner of the instant land, and entered into a land sale and building construction contract as follows with the Plaintiff on behalf of the Plaintiff on September 26, 2012.
