1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 37,80,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from April 30, 2018 to the date of complete payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claim;
A. From December 24, 2015 to June 30, 2016, the Plaintiff supplied the Defendant with an outer appearance of debt, but the Defendant did not pay KRW 37,800,000 for goods.
B. Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the above KRW 37,800,000 as well as damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from April 30, 2018 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the delivery of a copy of the instant complaint.
