1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 37,80,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from March 25, 2016 to the day of complete payment.

The Plaintiff entered into an employment contract with the Defendant around November 18, 2013, and provided labor at a small farm operated by the Defendant in Gangwon-gun C by October 14, 2014 from the same day to October 14, 2014. The fact that the Defendant did not pay the Plaintiff KRW 37,800,000 out of the total amount of wages of the pertinent period, does not conflict between the parties.

Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 37,800,000 won payable to the plaintiff and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from March 25, 2016 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the delivery date of the original copy of the instant payment order.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim is reasonable, and it is decided as per Disposition by admitting it.
