[Defendant A] The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendants conspired with Defendant A’s operation and Defendant B’s work as employee from the third floor of the C Building “D” on October 30, 2014, instructed the police officer who pretended to be customer to receive KRW 120,000 won for sexual intercourse and arranged sexual intercourse in a smuggling, and arranged sexual intercourse from around October 27, 2014 to October 30, 2014.
