[Defendant A] The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 19, 2014, Defendant A operated the 4th floor of Suwon-si D Building on May 19, 2014, Defendant A arranged commercial sex acts from May 8, 2014 to May 19, 2014, by having the above Defendant B receive KRW 110,000 in cash from male customers who found the business place, and informed the above Defendant B in a fast room so that sexual intercourse may be carried out, and then, he/she arranged commercial sex acts from May 8, 2014 to May 19, 2014.
