A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On March 5, 2020, the Defendant received money from the victims because he violated a loan agreement with an unspecified victim in relation to a loan. The Defendant, according to the direction of the Bosing Organization, was willing to perform the role of remitting money from the victims to the account known to the Bosing Organization, and received daily allowances.

On March 5, 2020, the Defendant received orders from the victim to transfer money to the account designated by him, and received KRW 6 million in cash from the victim on the street in front of the G apartment complex in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-gu, and made it easy for the Defendant to commit the crime of fraud by the employees of Bosing in name, by remitting KRW 5.8 million among them to the company bank account designated by Bosing Organization (Account Number:H).
