Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On November 14, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to two years and six months of imprisonment from the Suwon District Court's Ansan Branch, and three years of suspended execution due to a sex offense against a child or juvenile, and became subject to registration of personal information on March 27, 2009 after the above judgment becomes final and conclusive.

A defendant who has failed to submit changed information is a person subject to registration of personal information, but has to submit the reason and details of change to the head of a police agency having jurisdiction over his/her domicile within 30 days from the date of such change. However, on April 30, 2012, he/she entered Ansan-si member B, and did not submit personal information on his/her changed occupation, workplace, etc. to the head of a police agency having jurisdiction over his/her domicile until May 30, 2012, which is the deadline for submitting the changed

Although the Defendant, who failed to submit a photograph, submitted a new photograph on February 15, 201 after submitting the photograph on February 15, 201, did not submit the photograph to the head of the police office having jurisdiction over the domicile until May 21, 2012, which is the due date for submitting the photograph without justifiable grounds.
