A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving service of a B-to-pubed passenger vehicle.

On April 16:52, 2015, the Defendant driven the said car and proceeded at an irregular speed depending on the two-lanes of the four-lanes between the two-lanes of the Do road in front of the DNA funeral hall located in Gwangju Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seocheon-gu.

2. The Defendant is a person engaged in driving a vehicle B-to-purd.

On April 4, 2015, the Defendant driven the above car at around 17:30 on April 17, 2015, and driven the front road of the Seo-gu Seo-gu Ho, Gwangju, with the flow-off distance from the front side of the flow-off road, and proceeded at an irregular speed depending on the two-lanes between the three-lanes.
