Although examining the reasoning in light of the relevant legal principles and evidence duly admitted, the lower court’s judgment that found the instant facts charged guilty on the grounds stated in its reasoning did not err by misapprehending the bounds of free evaluation of evidence beyond the bounds of logical and empirical rules, contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal.
Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
