Criminal facts

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of Poter Freight.

On June 1, 2012, the Defendant driven the above vehicle around 08:45 on June 1, 2012, and driven the two-lanes of the driving distance of the police station 284 at a speed of about 60km per hour, depending on the two-lanes of the driving distance from the 284 Sincheon-si.
