When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a B-Wood vehicle.

On July 29, 2014, the Defendant driven the above car on July 22:36, 2014, and was in the right way at a speed of about 30km per hour between the two lanes in the direction of the Changnam-do in the direction of the Changnam-do in the right way.

Since the place is where an intersection signal is installed for the right-way vehicle, there was a duty of care to prevent accidents by bypassing the signal at the intersection in accordance with the signals as the signal apparatus is well reported to the person engaged in driving service.
