A Imprisonment with prison labor for one year and fines for 5,000,000 won, and Defendant B shall be punished by fines for 5,000,000 won, respectively.

The Defendants are the defendants.

Punishment of the crime

From March 20, 2016 to April 7, 2016, the Defendants: (a) leased No. 1515 of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D Officetel 920; (b) leased the said D Officetel 507, 616, 1438, and the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F Officetel 513 to receive male customers; (c) from around March 20, 2016 to around April 7, 2016, the Defendants advertised “G” and “J” (hereinafter “Defendant B”); (d) the Defendants received instructions from male customers who reported commercial sex acts while managing commercial sex acts; and (e) the Defendants received instructions from male customers to visit commercial sex acts; and (e) the Defendants 400,000 male guests by receiving instructions from male customers to contact; and (e) the Defendants 1 and 400,000 male customers by taking charge of commercial sex acts in accordance with their instructions.

As a result, the Defendants conspired with the business owners whose names cannot be known and acted as commercial sex acts.
