Punishment of the crime

B, around March 2009, leased a D reservoir located in Chungcheongnam-nam Budget Group C and created a place for manufacturing and storing similar petroleum products, such as an underground storage tank with capacity of 100,000 liter capacity.

The Defendant and E are to receive monthly wages from B, and B are to manufacture and sell similar petroleum products, Eul is to manufacture and sell similar petroleum products, E is to manufacture and manage similar petroleum products, and the Defendant is to receive sales proceeds.

From June 2, 2009 to February 28, 2011, the Defendant, in collusion with B and E, manufactured similar light oil mixed with solvents supplied by F, G, and H as stated in the list of offenses in the attached Form from D oil reservoir to D, and sold it to I, J, and K, a gas station operator, or a similar light supplier, with the benefit of 70 won per liter from June 2, 2009 to March 4, 201.
