Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On August 6, 2016, the Defendant driven a 1k-distance car without obtaining a driver's license from a section of approximately 1 km from the 183 Haak-dong Park, Singu, Sinung-si, 183 (Haak-dong), to the front road located in the 210 king at the same time.
