Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant was a person who was employed as a soldier belonging to the C&C company in Gangwon-do, and was dissatisfied with the fact that the victim D, who was in the aftermath of the military, was unable to well live in the military.

1. 3 Cruel Act of Abuse of force

A.
