Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.
However, from the date of the conclusion of the judgment, the defendants are every 4 years.

1. Defendants and Defendants A, in violation of the Act on the Budgeting and Management of Subsidies and Subsidies, are persons operating a metropolitan pest control device manufacturer and seller of “G” located in Kimcheon-siF. Defendant B is a person in charge of sales and management of nationwide metropolitan pest control devices from the above “G” to the said “G”.
The Defendants concluded a supply contract with the subsidized operators of the H project implemented by each competent local government for the metropolitan pest control period, at a discount of 40,000,000 won out of the price for the metropolitan pest control period set for each project, and granted a discount to the subsidized operators in advance so that the subsidized operators can pay their own contributions, etc., and were willing to receive subsidies from the local government on the basis of this contract.
On April 4, 2008, the Defendants entered into a multi-regional prevention and removal project supply contract equivalent to KRW 40,000,000 among the above payments at a discount of KRW 120,000,000 with E, which is selected as a subsidized business operator of H business, and the Defendants entered into a false sales contract at a discount of KRW 160,000,000 among the above payments, and paid KRW 40,000,000 for E on May 7, 2008. On the same day, the Defendants received KRW 80,000,000, including the above KRW 40,000 in cash from E to E’s account in the name of the Defendant.
As above, the Defendants prepared a contract, tax invoice, 40,000,000 out of the self-paid charges, and prepared and delivered false documents, such as making the full amount of the self-paid charges, to E, as if they were paid by the Defendants. On July 2008, E gives a discount in the cost of metropolitan pest control measures from the Muan-Gun Office located in the Muan-gun, U.S., the U., U.S.-Gun Office around the day of July 2008.
