1. The Defendant’s KRW 1,322,774,656 among the Plaintiff and KRW 95,830,884 among the Plaintiff, shall be KRW 377,342,240 from November 1, 2014.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff, on the land outside Seongdong-gu Seoul, and outside of Seongdong-gu, and outside 20 lots, constructed a station building up to 109,090.91 square meters of underground floors, 109,09,090 square meters of the total building area, and 9,236.57 square meters of the total building area (hereinafter “instant building”). C. On August 26, 2008, Seoul Special Metropolitan City imposed the Plaintiff KRW 6,619,356,140 of the overpopulation charge under Article 12(1) of the Seoul Metropolitan Area Readjustment Planning Act on the instant building, and the Plaintiff paid the said charge on September 2, 2008.

On April 3, 2014, Seoul Special Metropolitan City imposed an additional charge of KRW 19,786,080 on the area of extension of the building at issue on the Plaintiff, and the Plaintiff paid the said additional charge on April 11, 2014.
