A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 14, 2013, around 23:14, 2013, the Defendant: (a) was on the road in front of the agricultural community near the Seocho-dong in Busan-dong; (b) was under the influence of alcohol with a female-friendly victim C (here 23 years of age) who was under the influence of alcohol and was in a dispute; (c) was fluoring the victim several times due to drinking and fluor; and (d) was fluoring the victim into his/her blue and right kne on both parts of the treatment days.

At around 23:20 on the same day, “The male is frightening a female, and the male is frightening a female.” After receiving 112 reports and resident reports, the police officers belonging to the D Public Security Center of the East Police Station and the police officers belonging to the E Public Security Zone of the East Police Station and G were dispatched to the scene;

In the front of the above agricultural community, the defendant was arrested as a flagrant offender such as obstruction of performance of official duties, etc. and was escorted to F Zone on the ground that the above E was asked by the defendant to the above E (34 years of age) on the ground that he was able to ask the circumstances of the case to the above E (34 years of age). The defendant was in the face of the above E (e.g., drinking) while she took a bath to "I sing singe, cut off," and she was in the face of the above E and interfere with the legitimate performance of duties by a police officer in relation to criminal investigation by pushing the chest of the above G police officer.
