Punishment of the crime

On October 7, 2013, at around 06:33, the Defendant: (a) linked twitter account (E) on the Internet homepage (D); and (b) drafted a letter “Cwitter F’s operator (35 years of age)” on the Kax bulletin board used by the Gu’s pande, the Defendant laid down two instances, as indicated in the attached list of crimes, to openly insult the victim.
