A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

2. The Defendant’s fraud against the Victim I and the Victim J (No. 502) was committed on September 10, 2015 at the L Authorized Brokerage Office located in Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu, Seoul around September 10, 2015, to the Victim I and the Victim J (“Seoul building No. 502 was built, and is well-known.
