1. Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 4,000,000 won;

2. Where the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 23:00 on July 26, 2015, the Defendant, within 105 of the Seo-gu Seo-gu building B, Seo-gu, Gwangju, destroyed the victim C (35 years, south) this hamber, and attempted to see the heart, and stolen one copy of the Nong C&C from the victim’s wall wall.

2. On July 06, 2015, the Defendant posted a stolen card from the 365 Coppon of Gwangju Yacheon-dong in Gwangju, Seo-gu around 23:22, thereby withdrawing KRW 1,000,000 by inserting the password from the withdrawal machine as referred to in the foregoing paragraph 1.

3. On the same day as above 23:23 on the bill of indictment, the following documents are written “2:23 around 22:23 on the same day,” but according to the following evidence, this is deemed to be obvious clerical error, and thus, it is corrected to “23:23 around 23 on the ground that it appears

At the same place as above 2 paragraph 1, a stolen card was inserted in the withdrawal machine, and a password was entered, and a theft was made.

4. On the same day as above 23:24 on the indictment, the indictment is written “2:24 around 22:24,” but according to the following evidence, this is deemed to be an obvious clerical error, and thus, it is corrected to “23:24 around 23:24.”

At the same place as above 2 paragraph 1, a stolen card was inserted in the withdrawal machine, and a password was entered, and a theft was made.

5. On the same day as the above 23:30 of the day, at around 23:30 of the day, a stolen card was inserted in the withdrawal machine from the 365 copon of the regular directors of the Gwangju Bank located in a pair of Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju, and then withdrawn KRW 701,000 and stolen the password.

6. On the same day as the above 5th day, around 23:31, at the same place as above 5th day, a stolen card was put in the withdrawal machine, and a password was entered, and a theft was withdrawn and stolen.

Accordingly, the Defendant stolen the card, and then withdrawn the total of KRW 4,402,00 on five occasions using the stolen card, and stolen it.
