Criminal facts

The defendant 2018 Go-dan 560 accessed the victim E and the victim B by making a false statement as if he/she could engage in various railroad-related construction works using the friendship with the high-rise group, such as D president, after being transferred to the victim C, a corporation operated by the victim B, who is engaged in the business of manufacturing, installing, and installing a measuring instrument and operating a train access alarm device by the victim B.
