As above, the defendant deceivings the crew of the Korean Railroad Corporation, thereby acquiring the pecuniary profits equivalent to 12,00 won of the fare for the said section from the train crew.

As above, the Defendant deceivings the crew of the Korean Railroad Corporation, thereby acquiring pecuniary profits equivalent to KRW 13,800 of the fare for the said section from the train crew.

3. On March 6, 2018, the Defendant committed the crime on March 6, 2018, in the train from around 09:27, to the Seoul Station from around Busan to the Seoul Station, and in the train from around 09:27, the Defendant did not have an intent or ability to pay the fare by purchasing legitimate tickets.
