Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operates a “Cking practice room” on the first floor of Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government building B.

A karaoke machine business operator of 2020's 200's 532 shall not allow juveniles to have access to the relevant place of business except for cases where they are accompanied by their parents or other persons or receive a written consent from them, and shall not allow them to have access to the relevant place of business from 09:00 to 22:00.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, from around 03:00 on November 30, 2019 to 07:20 on the same day, operated the said singing practice room in the said singing practice room in the absence of the Defendant or any other manager to restrict access time for access by juveniles, thereby allowing three juveniles, including D (16) and E, to enter the said singing practice room without any restriction. Thus, the Defendant breached its obligations.

A karaoke machine business operator of 2020's 533 shall not allow juveniles to have access to the relevant place of business except for cases where he/she is accompanied by his/her parents or other persons or receives a written consent from them, and shall not allow juveniles to have access to the relevant place of business from 09:00 to 22:00.

Nevertheless, from around 23:5 on December 14, 2019 to around 00:15 on the 15th of the same month, the Defendant violated the obligations of the karaoke machine operator by allowing four juveniles, including juveniles F. (16), G (16), H (16), I (1) and I (1) to enter the said karaoke machine without any restriction.
