2. The plaintiff's remaining claims.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. (1) From around 1993, the Plaintiff newly constructed and sold a major complex building on the land located in the land located in the Busan-dong, Busan-dong, Busan-dong (hereinafter “instant project”).

On May 25, 1995, the Plaintiff entered into an agreement with the Defendants to delegate all of the business rights of the instant building to the Defendants (hereinafter “the second agreement”).
C. The Defendants, such as the preparation of a protocol of compromise and the name of the project undertaker, filed an application with the Plaintiff as Seoul District Court Decision 96No1165, around May 1996, to file a lawsuit against the Plaintiff. On July 30, 1996, the Defendants’ legal representative Dasan Law Firm, Attorneys A, and the Plaintiff’s legal representative B, while attending the above court, shall be subject to the Plaintiff’s default and disposition of transaction suspension.
