Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 50,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The driver of any motor vehicle shall fasten the seat belt when he/she drives the motor vehicle.

Nevertheless, at around 15:49 on July 10, 2015, the Defendant driven CA car without wearing a seat belt on the front of the lab in front of the lab, which is located in the Doldong-gu, Busan.
