Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 100,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The driver of any motor vehicle shall fasten the seat belt when he/she drives the motor vehicle.

On December 26, 2106, at around 14:02, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle with lurburged B while the Defendant did not wear safety seat belts from the crosssection of the mother in the same Dong to the front of the intersection of the new mother in the same Dong at the intersection of the Mora in the city of Busan, Seo-gu, Busan.
