A was sentenced to the suspension of one year and six months of imprisonment for fraud at the Incheon District Court on December 23, 2015, and on December 31, 2015, upon which the above decision became final and conclusive on December 31, 2015, and for construction business in Chungcheongbuk D during the grace period, Defendant B is a member of the F Gun from June 2014 to June, and Defendant C is the representative director of H corporation H for the purpose of passenger transportation business in Chungcheongbuk G.

With respect to this case, I Co., Ltd (the representative director J, hereinafter referred to as the "I") is a company producing products related to automobile operation system, and K Co., Ltd. (the representative director L (J) and hereinafter referred to as "K") is a company which receives products related to automobile operation system from I (State) and delivers finished products related to automobile operation system to M Co., Ltd. and E Co. (the representative director A and hereinafter referred to as "E") is a subsidiary of K.

Around September 2016, K and I (State) agreed to move into the Chungcheongbuk N around September 2016, and (State) K and (State) E made an investment agreement (MU) with the purport to create Q of 443,157 square meters in size by investing an amount equivalent to KRW 48.4 billion in the Chungcheongbuk-do and P and P and around April 12, 2016.

1. Defendant A

A. On November 19, 2015, the Defendant offered one U.S. car (including vehicle prices, registration fees, and insurance proceeds) equivalent to KRW 29.3 million (including five U.S.) at the market price in the T apartment parking lot located in the Chungcheongbuk-do, where the Defendant made a solicitation to the said S, from April 2006 to June 2014 to June 2014.

On September 17, 2015, the contents of the solicitation are as follows: (a) Q in relation to Q in which the defendant tried to create (State) K and (State) E to the P unit in the office of the Speaker of the O-Gun Council located in the Chungcheongbuk-W; (b) in order to purchase the above Q's site maintained by the military branch, the approval of the O-Gun Council is required in order to purchase it.
