1. The Plaintiff:

A. Defendant B shall deliver one story 208.497 square meters among the buildings listed in the attached Form, and deliver the same from May 1, 2016.

1. Basic facts

A. On December 10, 1999, the building indicated in the attached Form (hereinafter “instant building”) is owned by the Plaintiff, which became a registration of ownership preservation in the future of the Plaintiff, and the Plaintiff leased the part of the attached Form among the 1st floor of the instant building 208.497 square meters, which indicated in the attached Form (B). The Plaintiff leased to the Plaintiff, and set up a lease agreement as follows.

B. The following lease contract was made between the Plaintiff and Defendant B on the part on the part on which drawing plans are indicated (hereinafter referred to as “part”). ① From November 1, 2013 to October 31, 2015, the lease contract (A-5 = 2-1) in the monthly rent of KRW 70 million (pre-payment of value-added tax on November 1, 201 to October 31, 201; KRW 40 million from November 1, 2011 to October 31, 2013; KRW 50,000,000 (pre-payment of value-added tax on October 1, 201 to KRW 40,000,000, KRW 105,000 for the Plaintiff and KRW 50,000 (pre-payment of value-added tax on October 1, 201 to KRW 40,00,000, KRW 14,700,01.

(1) From January 1, 2015 to December 31, 2015, a lease contract (including value-added tax; 1-1-1) which is KRW 50 million in a deposit, KRW 6 million in a month of rent (including value-added tax; 2. From July 1, 2013 to December 31, 2014; 3.4 million in a deposit, KRW 50 million in a rent, and KRW 4 million in a rent (including value-added tax; 17-1 in a month); (3) the period from January 1, 2006 to December 31, 2007; and (50 million in a deposit, KRW 50 million in a rent (including value-added tax); and
