1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 200,000,000 and the interest rate thereon from December 1, 2016 to the date of full payment.

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

Articles 208(3)2 and 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act (the Defendant, while receiving the original copy of the instant payment order, did not appear on the date of pleading without submitting a specific written answer, deemed that all of the Plaintiff’s allegations have been led to confession pursuant to Article 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act).
