1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 200,000,000 as well as the interest rate of KRW 14.5% from July 5, 2019 to the date of full payment.

Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act (the Defendant only submitted a formal objection after receiving the original copy of the instant payment order, and did not appear on the date for pleading without submitting a specific written response, and thus, it is deemed that all the Plaintiff’s allegations were led to confession pursuant to Article 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act.
