A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury) and the Road Traffic Act (Non-accident after Accidents) are those engaged in driving a motor vehicle from BAWn-turd

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim E by negligence in the above job-related duties, such as brain salvy in which no head open room is required for treatment for about two weeks, and at the same time, the said FJ-turd passenger vehicle was damaged to the repair cost of KRW 3,908,650, and the said J-5 passenger vehicle was destroyed to the repair cost of KRW 700,742, respectively, and escaped without taking necessary measures, such as making a stop immediately and providing relief to the victim.
2. The date and time as provided in paragraph (1) shall be stated by the defendant for a violation of the Road Traffic Act.
