[Defendant A] The defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment for ten months.
However, for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive, the above sentence shall be executed.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendants are not authorized to handle narcotics.
1. Defendant A
A. (1) On May 6, 2019, the Defendant purchased 300,000 won for psychotropic drugs from E, in front of the cafeteria “D” restaurant located in the Sinscison City, and from E, the Defendant purchased psychotropic drugs from E in advance of the Mescison (i.e., one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”). (ii) From May 18, 2019 to 19:00, the Defendant purchased 1g of the Mescopon from E by paying 40,000 won for the purchase of the Mescopon on the two G station located in Sinscison F, from May 7, 2019 to 19:0.
B. On May 6, 2019, the Defendant administered a philophone by inserting 0.07g of the clophones purchased from E in a inhaled machine manufactured by sticking Y in an empty container (i.e., one m., one closts method; hereinafter referred to as “closts method”). (ii) The Defendant administered a philophone from around 10:00 on May 8, 2019 to from around 11:00 on May 8, 2019 to around 11:00.

1) At the location described in paragraph (1), the Defendant administered 0.1g of philophones purchased from E by stimuls. 3) From around 00:00 on July 21, 2019 to 01:00, the Defendant administered stimuls in Geumcheon-gu Seoul, Geumcheon-gu, by using stimulscopic stimulscopic philophones.
2. Defendant B
A. (1) On April 7, 2019, the Defendant purchased KRW 200,000,000,000,000 from E, on the road near the “L” restaurant located in K at E at E at a time of entertainment. (2) around May 25, 2019, the Defendant purchased KRW 0.5 g of the opon from E by paying KRW 200,000,000,000,000.
