A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. On August 19, 2019, between 03:30 and 04:30, the Defendant: (a) paid the price of KRW 300,000 to Asan City B; and (b) purchased Mepta (a single philopon; hereinafter referred to as “philopon”) which is a psychotropic drug equivalent to approximately 0.3g of psychotropic drugs.

2. Medication of phiphones.

A. On March 20, 2019, the Defendant administered the steam as soon as possible (i.e., the modified form of “the first marcing method”; hereinafter “the first marcing method”) in E- which was parked by D in the Blusdong and Blusdong (hereinafter referred to as “the first marcing method”) in the Blus vehicle parked in the Blusdong and B, with D, in a string, etc., and then inhales the steam generated by heating the opon in the string, etc. with D.

On May 9, 2019, the Defendant administered the medication by means of satising approximately KRW 1g, along with D, within the E-high-speed car parked in the Blusdong (hereinafter referred to as Silusdong) from around 20:0 to 23:59 on May 9, 2019.

E. On August 10, 2019, the Defendant administered 0.3g of 0.3 g, with D’s satis, in a satise car with D parked in a satise where D parked at a satise level below the satise level, from around 23:05 to 23:59.

F. As of August 19, 2019, the Defendant administered administered on August 19, 2019: (a) from around 06:30 on August 19, 2019 to around 09:0, the head of Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F Buildings G; (b) approximately 0.3g.
