Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the above fine is not paid, 100,000 won shall be converted into one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around August 6, 2020, the Defendant infringed upon a residence by attempting to open a door twice twice the door and door to the victim’s house, on the ground that the victim parked a vehicle in the vicinity of the victim’s D's residence, by entering the common door door of the Busan-gu apartment building C, Busan-gu, Busan-gu, Busan-do, and the victim parked the vehicle in the vicinity of the victim’s residence.

2. The Defendant, at the same time and at the same place as the preceding paragraph of the assault, threatened the victim with 4 times by entering the victim’s residence as his son, and continued to assault the victim’s breath in front of the apartment.
