Punishment of the crime

On May 22, 2012, the Defendants conspired with D with the intention to receive insurance proceeds by intentionally filing a false insurance report as if the traffic accident occurred due to negligence after causing the traffic accident. At around 23:40 on May 22, 2012, D in the Busan Shipping Daegu, Busan, the name of its owner, and Defendant B prepared the G typ vehicle under its name, and Defendant B intentionally received the above typ vehicle parked by driving the above typ vehicle with the above typ vehicle. D, Defendant A, and C kept the face of the accident.

Afterwards, the Defendants and D claimed insurance money from the victim Samsung Fire, the victim's winter fire, the victim's LIG damage insurance (state), the victim's modern sea (state), and the victim's Mmerz marine insurance (state), respectively, by pretending that the traffic accident occurred after driving the above OEM car which the Defendants are boarding.

As above, in collusion with D, the Defendants deceiving the victims and deceiving them, and Defendant A attempted to receive KRW 7,166,290 in total under the pretext of treatment expenses and agreement amount, and KRW 4,256,290 in total under the pretext of treatment expenses and agreement amount, and KRW 9,496,290 in total under the pretext of treatment expenses and agreement amount, and KRW 2,261,200 in total under the pretext of treatment expenses and agreement amount, and KRW 2,261,200 in total under the pretext of treatment expenses and agreement amount, and Defendant A attempted to receive KRW 510,000 in insurance money from the victim's interest country fire.
