A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than four years and six months.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant, 2017 Gohap 276, by 'C', etc., recruited male customers who purchase sexual intercourses through mobile phone 'C', etc., and guide them to the conference, etc., and transferred D (n, 17 years of age), E (n, 17 years of age), F (n, 28 years of age) to a place, such as the conference, field show, and spacing, etc., to allow the said guest to receive the price for sexual intercourses and to receive the price for sexual intercourses from the said guest, and then to arrange sexual intercourses by dividing the said price.

On April 25, 2017, around 06:38, the Defendant: (a) had the above E receive KRW 150,000 from a male in the name-free type; and (b) assisted the said E to engage in sexual intercourse once by receiving 150,000 won from a male in the name-free type; (c) provided the remainder with the above E; (d) around that time, until May 8, 2017, the Defendant arranged the said E to engage in sexual intercourse with three customers on an average daily basis.

The Defendant, along with K, recruited male guests by using the mobile phone-type licker “L”, and had a female F, who has sexual traffic female F, receive KRW 150,00 from male customers and engage in sexual traffic, and solicited to divide the price into two parts. On March 13, 2017, the Defendant sought a male guest with a smartphone-type “L”, and K used a sound k-type k-type car in the name of the Defendant and carried the above female female with 307 Oel in NApo City N, Gunpo-si.
