A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four years.
The defendant shall order the completion of a program to prevent sexual traffic brokerage for 80 hours.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant recruited B (the name, ring, 15 years old), and C (the age of 19 years), with the above B and C, recruited men to buy sex with the above B and C, set a place for a day including the telecom, and then decided B and C to have them on their own car and move them to the above place, and decided to arrange sexual traffic by allowing the above men to receive commercial sex acts from the above men and to receive commercial sex acts.
1. Violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse;
A. On July 27, 2017, at around 22:00, the Defendant: (a) placed the E hotel in front of the E hotel located in Sistitu City D; (b) placed the said B in order to allow the said B to have a man, who is unable to know the names recruited by the said methods, and arranged the said B B to receive KRW 1.50,00 from the said male, and to have him receive one time of sexual intercourse.
B. On July 31, 2017, around 23:40, the Defendant: (a) received 150,000 won from a man who was unable to know his/her name; and (b) assisted the Defendant to engage in one-time sexual intercourse.
As a result, the defendant arranged the act of buying sex of children and juveniles for business two times in total.
2. On July 12, 2017, the Defendant arranged sexual traffic for a total of seven occasions until July 31, 2017, in the same manner as indicated in paragraph (1) around July 12, 2017, by having the said C receive KRW 130,00 from a man whose name is not known and having the said C do an act of sexual intercourse once.
Accordingly, the defendant arranged sexual traffic for business purposes.
