Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who operates a general restaurant under the trade name of "C" in the inside-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

No person who sells or provides agricultural and fishery products or the processed products thereof after cooking shall make a false indication of the place of origin, or make a false indication that may cause confusion therewith.

피고인은 2013. 5. 1.부터 2016. 6. 13.까지 호주산 쇠고기는 구입한 사실이 없고, 수원시 권선구 D ㈜E 외 1개 업체로부터 구이용 및 탕용 메뉴 조리에 사용하는 미국산 쇠고기 늑간 살( 갈비 살) 3,258.39kg (5,212 만 2,267원), 토시 살 1,290.39kg (1,473 만 9,001원), 이동 갈비 284kg (1,277 만 원), 알 목심 137.46kg (203 만 7,268원), 빽 립( 갈비) 4,099.46kg (2,306 만 4,154원) 합계 9,069.70kg 을 1억 473만 2,690원에 구입하였다.

Defendant 1, using the U.S. source equipment purchased as above, sold them to customers who find business places by cooking the old Megrasium Megrasium Megsium, light, Saturdays, mobile regrasium, small Megrasium and hot water, and indicated the origin of small Megs at the bottom of the wall board installed at the wall site, as “ Australia U.S. and U.S. and the origin of Australia U.S. and displayed a false or misleading indication as if part of the Australia U.S. source equipment were used.
