A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. At around 22:30 on July 13, 2012, the Defendant committed indecent act by compulsion, the Defendant: (a) sounded the victim “E” in the name of “E” operated by the victim D (Inn, 41 years of age) at the time of Jinjin-si; (b) the victim, who was under drinking in the kitchen while drinking alcohol with one of the one of the two of the two of the two of the two of the two, namely, “Y.”

2. On July 13, 2012, from around 22:30 on July 13, 2012, to around 00:20 the following day, the Defendant: (a) committed an indecent act by force on the part of the victim at the above restaurant operated by the victim D; (b) continued to restrain the victim’s husband from entering the said restaurant even though the victim’s husband was forced to restrain him; and (c) obstructed the victim’s restaurant business by force on one hour to 50 minutes; and (d) obstructed the victim’s restaurant business by force.
3. On July 3, 2010, the Defendant suffered injury: (a) the victim I (the 46-year-old age) who is a NA resident at the home of the H located in Chungcheongnam-gun G in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun; (b) the Defendant and the Defendant were at the same age to speak, and (c) the Defendant and the Defendant and the Defendant were at the right right side of the victim, making it difficult for the Defendant to take approximately three weeks of medical treatment.
