Punishment of the crime

On October 6, 2011, the defendant of criminal records was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for the crime of obstruction of performance of official duties by the Daegu District Court on June, 201, and the above judgment became final and conclusive and is still under suspension of execution.

Criminal facts

The Defendant, “2012 Gohap1267”, the Defendant reported the case of injury to the victim and the case of assault to the victim, etc. and issued a summary order of KRW 3 million for the crime of injury at the Daegu District Court on January 10, 2012. On January 11, 2012, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 2 million by the same court as the assault offense.

Accordingly, with the aim of retaliationing the victim who reported in relation to the above criminal cases, the Defendant assaulted and threatened the victim as follows.

1.
