Punishment of the crime

On May 1, 2014, the Defendant appeared and testified as a witness of the Defendant’s case, such as D’s breach of trust in the court of Law No. 352 of Busan Dong-dong Busan District Court on May 1, 2014, at around 16:40, at around 352, and 5637, the Defendant directly requested by the Defendant, and d serves as the chief director on his/her own company as security.

In spite of borrowing KRW 60,00 from E E, “A witness has obtained a loan of KRW 60,000 from 60,000 to 60,000 for two times.”

1. The defendant and his defense counsel asserted that the testimony stated in the facts constituting the crime committed by the defendant was merely the fact that the defendant did not make an illegal solicitation, and thus, it cannot be viewed as a false statement contrary to memory.

However, according to the above evidence, the criminal case of D, 2013, 5637, 200, 5637, was against the articles of incorporation or the resolution of the board of directors of the E union, and D was damaged by the E union. The defendant was present as a witness of the above criminal case and asked questions as to whether D was granted a loan from the president when he testified, but D was not required by the defendant as stated in its reasoning.
